The Two knotty Boys, Dan and JD, began making teaching the ropes back in 1999 in San Francisco. They have wrote two books and have made many videos o n the matter. In 2008 their videos on YouTube haad been removed even though the videos did not violate the terms of service for Youtube. The videos were put out on the web for every one to download and if they have bandwidth to post on their sites for free.
